Item(s) On Back Order

If your desired item is on back order (out of stock) and you would still like to purchase your set of extensions or product, you can! As soon as the item is restocked, it will be shipped out the same day! It takes our warehouse 3-4 weeks to get items back into stock, sometimes we are restocked earlier (Please note that unexpected delays can occurs, for instance the holiday season). You will be notified via shipment confirmation email (and a tracking number) once your item has been shipped.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Hair Extensions: You have 7 days to return or exchange your product from the day you receive your package (tracked). Once you receive your pretty box, it is crucial that you test the smaller test patch in the box. Test the colour patch to ensure the shade is perfect. Simply open the smaller package and test to see if the colour matches with your colour. Each SAPPHIRE HAIR Extension box comes with a detailed explanation as soon as the box is open, please read carefully.
If the colour does not match DO NOT open or tamper the larger package. Email us at info@sapphire-hair.com. Let us know that you would like a return or exchange. It is the customer (senders) responsibility to pay for the shipping charges and to ensure that the package arrives in perfect condition to us. We advise our customers to send the item back with a tracking number.
NOTE: If the larger package (not test package) is opened or tampered in any way the hair extensions will NOT be returned. Human Hair Extensions are a hygienic product. Hygiene and public safety are of utmost importance and we DO NOT allow opened items to be returned.

IMPORTANT: All SAPPHIRE HAIR Packages are tracked, if it is confirmed that the order has been delivered please contact the shipping company regarding the issue with your tracking number at: 1-800-742-5877
SAPPHIRE HAIR cannot be held accountable if the tracking information confirms that the package has been delivered to the provided address. We prompt that the tracking number be tracked closely and to ensure it is being shipped to a secure and safe location. It is the customer (buyers) responsibility to ensure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. If a mistake was made please email us at info@sapphire-hair.com immediately. If the package is shipped and the address change was not provided in time, then we cannot change the address. Once we receive the package back (if so), a refund/exchange will be issued depending on the condition of the product. Please note that additional charges may apply.

How do I track my package?

Once your order is placed, you will be emailed a shipment confirmation email alongside a tracking number to track the shipment and status of your package.

Warranty

Year Limited Warranty

Your Sapphire Hair Tool must be purchased from www.sapphire-hair.com or an official Sapphire Hair dealer in order to qualify for a warranty claim.
Sapphire Hair products reported as damaged or defective outside the 90-day guarantee period, and within 1 year of purchase are eligible for a 1-year Limited Warranty Replacement.
If a defect exists, Sapphire Hair warranty will cover the following
1) Replace the product at a replacement fee.
This does not mean you can abuse your Sapphire Hair Styling Tools. We do not cover normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse or abuse (including but not limited to using the product with an incorrect voltage), water damage, loss or theft, scratches, or unauthorized repair of the product. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.
90 DAY GUARANTEE
If your Sapphire Hair is defective within the first 90-days of you receiving the order, Sapphire Hair will replace the tool at no charge.
1) Repair the product at no charge using new parts, or
2) Exchange the product for a new functional equivalent product.
A Replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product

PRODUCTS RETURNED TO SAPPHIRE HAIR FOR REPLACEMENT WITHOUT THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS WILL BE REJECTED AND RETURNED TO THE SENDER.
IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED YOUR SAPPHIRE HAIR PRODUCT FROM AN AUTHORIZED DEALER YOU MSUT TAKE THE ITEM BACK TO THE DEALER TO CLAIM YOUR 1-YEAR WARRANTY.
